Who we are

Xito Capital Partners is based in Calgary, Alberta. We work with owners of owner-managed businesses at the moments that matter most: preparing to sell, planning a succession, answering a buyer or lender, or closing a cash gap.

The team

Andrew Y.L. Apedoe, B.Comm.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Andrew is a Partner at Osprey Capital Partners Inc., advising mid-market ownership groups on capital structure, corporate valuations, and strategic liquidity. His background spans investment banking at Nesbitt Burns and VP of Investor Relations at Stuart Olson (The Churchill Corp.), scaling a construction services firm to $1.2B in revenue. He holds a B.Comm from the University of Calgary and advanced postgraduate training in Business Valuation through the CICBV. At Xito Capital, Andrew leads financial diagnostics and forensic Quality of Earnings frameworks.

Patrick Ampem

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Patrick is a structured capital advisor working across North America's private lending landscape. He specializes in discrete, high-velocity asset-backed financing, bridge placements, and non-recourse liquidity vehicles. At Xito Capital, Patrick leads funding-partner relationships, matching credit applicants with specialized private capital sources.
