Most lenders ask for ID for each owner, 6 months of business bank statements, a void cheque or pre-authorized debit form, and proof the business exists. Larger requests also ask for 2 years of financial statements, CRA balances and receivables and payables reports.
For short-term working capital, usually the last 6 months of complete business bank statements. Some lenders ask for fewer or more depending on the amount.
