See what your receivables look like to a lender

Copy the totals from your accounts receivable aging report, grouped by days since the invoice date. The analyzer shows how healthy your receivables look, how long customers take to pay, and a rough borrowing base if you finance against invoices. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type here is sent or saved.

The borrowing base is a rough estimate, not an offer. Lenders set their own advance rates, exclude some customers and invoices, and may cap how much any one customer can count for. Use this to see where you stand, then request a review for a real answer.

Common questions

What is an accounts receivable aging report?

A report that lists what customers owe you, grouped by how long each invoice has been outstanding, usually in 30-day groups. Accounting software can produce it in a few clicks.

What is days sales outstanding (DSO)?

DSO estimates how many days it takes, on average, to collect payment after a sale. Lower is better. It is receivables divided by credit sales per month, times 30.

Can I borrow against my invoices?

Often yes. Receivables financing or an operating line secured by receivables lets you borrow a percentage of eligible invoices. The percentage and the rules vary by lender.

Why are invoices over 90 days left out?

Lenders treat very old invoices as higher risk of not being paid, so most exclude them from the amount you can borrow against.

Can Xito review my receivables?

Yes. Request a financing review and we will explain what a lender would likely count and what options may fit.
